General Conditions
To promote your company with Global Security d.o.o. we will need an order form (if you are looking for services of a smaller opus, such as a small add-on), or a signed contact outlining promotional services. Advertisers are responsible for filling the dynamics of preparation and deadlines of sending in their ads, PR materials, website banners, and other materials that are subject to the relationship described in the contract.
Working relationship process between the publisher and client are following:
- Order delivery from the side of client, or signing of the contract between the client and the publisher.
- Archiving of subject perimeters from the order form, or contract into e-based material ready for magazine preparation.
- Adoption of dynamics based on the signed contract or delivery of the order from publisher and client.
- Timely order delivery to the client from publisher for any additional magazine publication.
Deadlines for material delivery are as follows:
- For PR materials no later than 10th calendar day of the month for the following month’s issue of the magazine.
- For ads no later than 20th calendar day of the month
- For individual ads (no contract needed, ad is published in one issue only) no later than 15th calendar day of the month for the following month’s issue of the magazine.
