SysTeh Bulgaria and ASSA ABLOY Showcase Digital Access Control Solutions at BIF 2025

SysTeh Bulgaria and ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Bulgaria jointly presented their latest innovations in smart access control at this year’s Building Innovation Forum (BIF 2025) – the leading regional event dedicated to sustainable construction and building innovation.

During the Residential Trends panel, attendees were introduced to a modern approach to integrated security management in residential and mixed-use buildings. The keynote speaker, Eng. Milcho Kolev, Technical Department Manager at SysTeh Bulgaria, presented the digital access control solutions Incedo Business Pro and Aperio®, designed to enable advanced and flexible access management.

In his presentation, Kolev emphasized the concept of “digital access apartments” – a model that combines the convenience of hotel accommodation with the comfort and autonomy of home living. Through real-life examples, he demonstrated how the integration of Incedo Pro and Aperio® systems enables automated guest check-ins and check-outs without a reception desk, integration with booking platforms and mobile applications, and more than 80% savings in staffing and installation costs.

Visitors to the forum had the opportunity to explore the latest technologies and solutions at the joint SysTeh and ASSA ABLOY booth, aimed at creating safer, more sustainable, and more efficient living and working environments.

Through this collaboration, both companies reaffirmed their commitment to developing smart and sustainable technologies while providing comprehensive project support – from design and delivery to implementation and technical training.
