Inflexion Invests in Salto Systems, Becomes Lead Minority Shareholder

Funds advised by Inflexion Private Equity Partners are set to invest in Salto Systems, one of the world’s leading providers of smart electronic access control solutions. Through this transaction, Inflexion will become the company’s lead minority shareholder, joining a group of new and existing investors supporting Salto’s continued growth.
