ASSA ABLOY Continues Acquisition Drive with PACLOCK Deal

ASSA ABLOY has acquired Pacific Lock Company (PACLOCK), a US manufacturer of padlocks and security hardware, continuing to expand its portfolio through acquisitions. “I am very pleased to welcome PACLOCK to ASSA ABLOY. This acquisition delivers on our strategy to strengthen our position in mature markets through adding complementary products and solutions to our core business,” said Nico Delvaux, President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY.

PACLOCK is known for security products that combine reliability, durability, and innovation, supported by US-based manufacturing and the ability to develop customised solutions for requirements that go beyond standard product offerings. “Their expertise in designing and delivering customized security solutions has made them a trusted partner for customers whose needs extend beyond standard product offerings,” said Lucas Boselli, Executive Vice President and Head of the Americas Division. Founded in 1998, PACLOCK has around 40 employees, with its headquarters and manufacturing facility located in Valencia, California.

The company will become part of the Residential Business Segment within ASSA ABLOY’s Americas Division. PACLOCK generated sales of approximately USD 17 million in 2025, equivalent to around SEK 155 million, with a strong EBIT margin.
