Sitasys integrates with Partizan: opportunities grow!

After another large-scale update, Partizan mobile application began to support evalink by Sitasys AG.

Such collaborations are a successful strategy that allows both parties to reach even more customers. And, finally, make life more comfortable and safer. Do you want to know how?

evalink by Sitasys AG is a fully managed automated alarm management platform. evalink talos’ automation technology helps Control Centers to save time in processing alarms and greatly improves the accuracy and ease of alarm verification. Using it, security teams at the checkpoint can monitor whether critical situations occur at various controlled facilities. Now, thanks to the integration of evalink and Partizan equipment, they will also be able to analyze video from Partizan’s CCTV cameras.

This is better and more convenient than relying on the signals of “blind” sensors and trying to understand what exactly happened. After all, the function of motion detection of modern CCTV equipment will promptly notify that an undesirable presence is detected in the field of view of the CCTV camera. And it will show everything in the smallest details.

The integration of evalink by Sitasys AG with Partizan will also be a major bonus for end-users of video surveillance services. They have access to the Partizan Cloud archive repository, where video from the site is stored securely. If necessary, the client can easily use the recorded data. In particular, the Event Gallery with push notifications becomes available in the Patizan application. Thanks to it, pictures with “alarms” will be instantly received not only by the employees of the monitoring service but also directly by their clients.

And, thirdly, it is worth mentioning the possibilities of Partizan Cloud Link technology. It allows you to instantly connect to the monitoring service via a link with a unique access code. You don’t even need a static IP address on your facility. Video data is sent in encrypted form via HTTPS.

The more opportunities the security business provides to customers, the more profit it receives. Integration of video monitoring services with Partizan software and equipment can become a powerful level-up. And collaborations with brands like evalink by Sitasys AG are good proof of that!

Ajax Systems opens plant in Turkey

Ajax Systems, the Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of professional security systems, opens its first plant abroad — in Istanbul, Turkey.

The new 8300 m² plant will produce the entire lineup of Ajax devices, duplicating the current production in Ukraine. Ajax Systems has already started to form a local manufacturing team. At the first stage, it is planned to hire at least 400 people. The plant expects to produce at least 150,000 devices per month.

The company was planning to launch new production facilities abroad long before the war; it is the logical continuation of production scaling.

“The opening of a new plant in Istanbul is a strategic step planned by the company and aimed at diversifying production facilities. Turkey was chosen based on a combination of factors: the availability of manufacturing professionals, infrastructure, the free economic zone conditions, the level of taxes, the quality of contractors, and proximity to our major markets. The new production will strengthen the Ajax product development and accelerate access to new markets. We strongly believe that the diversity of talents and cultures creates the best products and solutions. And we have always counted on local teams. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that today we are opening our first manufacturing vacancy in Turkey – General Manager, Manufacturing Plant Operations,” said Aleksandr Konotopskyi, CEO of Ajax Systems.

Ajax Systems has completely resumed the existing manufacturing and product development in Ukraine. The company is actively hiring specialists for the plant and expanding its R&D team. This production facility remains in Ukraine. In addition, the company has its own logistics hub in Poland and develops its local teams in the strategic markets of Spain, Italy, the UK, Germany, France, UAE, South Africa, and other countries.

Dahua helps reinforce safety at EPA Food

Dahua Technology recently designed a video surveillance and control solution for Empresa Panamena de Alimentos (EPA), a processed food company in Panama.  The risks brought by the pandemic were the drivers for the management to consider the implementation of a new system to sustain efficient safety and security management and operation over staff and premises.

Empresa Panamena de Alimentos is a leading company in the processed food industry in Panama, founded in 2012 and owns production plants and warehouses in the capital city as well as agencies around the country.

As a food company, the operations of the company need to be under caution especially during the pandemic. It was necessary to implement multiple access controls in the facilities. With multiple plants located around the nation and accelerated growth, a centralised monitoring system for all equipment, alert management and user reports was required.

The solution applied at EPA’s facilities integrates various electronic security systems under a single platform and was evaluated based on the company’s needs. “Currently, 480 Dahua devices have been deployed. Amongst them are different models of cameras, access control systems, and automatic number-plate recognition products. AI-based cameras enhance the level of personnel protection. Everything is monitored by a DSS Express server in the main plant,” commented Luis Araujo, Manager of Infrastructure and Telecommunications of the Secutec Panama group.

Every day, more than 800 employees enter EPA facilities nationwide, the access control system allows a faster and safer automated entry of the staff and their cars. Apart from automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) devices, more than 20 access controllers (ASI7213X-T1) were installed in main offices for temperature monitoring and attendance management. In addition, three Pro Network Video Recorders (NVR5864-4KS2) were also adopted. With a powerful processor, they have the capability of 4K resolution processing and high recording quality.

In Dahua’s solution, perimeter protection and access control are both realised. “We have had Dahua equipment for 7 years, it is a brand that has been of great help to our safety. It has contributed to continuous and steady operations throughout the pandemic,” said Guillermo Figueroa, EPA’s Safety and Control Manager.
