AMBCG: Security Experts to Discuss Challenges Ahead of the Summer Season in Tivat

Organized by the Association of Security Managers of Montenegro (AMBCG), a professional consultation event titled “Security Challenges Ahead of the Summer Season” will be held on June 15 at the Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel in Tivat. The event will bring together representatives of the Ministry of Interior, the Police Directorate, the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro, the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, the Armed Forces of Montenegro, as well as experts from the private sector. Through a series of thematic sessions, participants will discuss the security challenges faced by institutions, companies, and citizens during the summer tourism season.

Particular attention will be given to video surveillance, access control, privacy and personal data protection, as well as the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) in security operations. The agenda will also include topics related to emergency response procedures, including bomb threats, the discovery of unexploded ordnance, and coordination between public and private sector stakeholders.

The event is designed as a platform for exchanging practical experiences and the latest security insights, with a special focus on the challenges associated with increased tourist arrivals, heavier traffic flows, and higher demands for the protection of people, property, and critical infrastructure during the summer months.
