barox Appoints Nikolay Mitev as Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe

barox Kommunikation AG has appointed Nikolay Mitev as Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, reinforcing the company’s presence across Eastern European markets and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Based in Sofia, Mitev will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and promoting barox’s portfolio of managed Ethernet switches and media converters. He will also focus on strengthening cooperation with end users, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners, while promoting integrations with Video Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platforms.

Mitev joins the company with more than 18 years of experience in the security, software, and information technology sectors and has held senior sales positions at BriefCam, IndigoVision, Vicon Industries, and Milestone Systems. His expertise covers video surveillance, access control, AI-powered video analytics, and enterprise IT solutions. “barox has built an outstanding reputation in networking solutions for the security industry, and I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the company’s continued growth and expanding presence across the region,” said Mitev.
