Adria Security Summit 2023 Heads to Ljubljana – Less Than 30% of Booths Left Available for Reservation

Adria Security Summit Powered by Intersec 2023 goes full circle on its regional tour to stop at the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana which will host it on October 25-26 2023 in the Gospodarsko razstavišče Exhibition and Convention Centre.

With only 30% of booths left available for reservation, the organizers expect to break previous attendance records at the event that will gather only the finest among the global industry leaders from diverse fields such as security, cyber security, IoT, ICT, smart solutions, mobility, and automation.

It’s the second time the event opens its doors in Slovenia (EU), thus affirming its status as the major industry event that has outgrown its regional confines.

Global and Regional Industry Players Return as Sponsors

The preparations for Adria Security Summit 2023 are well underway and the event has already secured support from its high-profile Diamonds sponsors – Alarm automatika and Konica Minolta.

Alarm automatika is a regional leader in physical security that provides hardware, software, services, and platforms to more than 2000 of its clients in 11+ countries.

Konica Minolta is a Japanese tech multinational that serves clients in 49 countries with its internally developed business and industrial imaging products, optical devices, 3-D digitizers, and other products.

These major industry players are joined by Platinum sponsors which include Ateis, BOSCH, CREAplus, Motorola Solutions, Nedap, Suprema, Teksel, and ZKTeco.

Innovation Room as a Perfect Opportunity to Showcase Products

This year, however, Adria Security Summit 2023 goes under the informal motto of: let’s innovate to stay ahead in ever-changing times.

This applies both to the event format and the participants, as Adria Security Summit 2023 will premiere its Innovation Room – a dedicated area in which the businesses will have an opportunity to demonstrate firsthand how their pioneering products and solutions can help their buyers and partners stay relevant and better navigate the stormy economic seas of 2023.

The Innovation Room will be set up outside, in the main corridor between the conference and exhibition halls. The maximum number of available places is 12.

Dedicated Stage for Cybersecurity and Startups

The Innovation Room will go hand-in-hand with the second edition of our well-received startup promotion program which is a place where innovators, investors, and business angels come together in search of mutually beneficial arrangements.

As for cybersecurity, the second day of the Summit will see the organization of the panel discussion on this highly attractive topic, together with the hosting of two podcasts that will feature two insider guests from the world of cybersecurity.

Halls Are Available for Workshops and Side Event Presentations

In line with this year’s focus on innovations, Adria Security Summit will also prepare several dedicated halls in which the companies will be able to showcase their new products and services as well as give presentations on any topic they feel might interest their audience.

Support from International and Regional Partners

Once again, the event has received official backing from international and regional professional media platforms, international industry associations, and regional industry chambers, this time headed by the Chamber for the Development of Slovenian Private Security.

Adria Security Summit 2023 – Time to Push the Envelope with Innovations

After a string of live events in Belgrade and Zagreb which broke attendance records, Adria Security Summit Powered by Intersec 2023 goes back to the EU with a show in Ljubljana scheduled for October 25-26 2023. It’s the Summit’s second outing in Ljubljana, which is only fitting considering that it has now established itself on the roadmap of the key European industry events.

The venue is Gospodarsko razstavišče (Dunajska cesta 18), a place that will bring together leading regional and global industry leaders in the fields of security, cyber security, IoT, ICT, smart solutions, mobility, and automation.

This year, the event will put a twist on its tried-and-tested formula by focusing on innovations in the most hands-on sense – making the innovations serve the market without intermediaries by helping it take the existing challenges in stride and integrate diverse solutions into a single system that works across national legislations.

By focusing on innovation, Adria Security Summit will reinvent itself while building upon what worked for it in the past and what drew in the record-breaking numbers of attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. This year, the projections go beyond what was achieved last year in Zagreb, so the organizers expect to see over 150 exhibitors, 3000+ visitors, 20+ event partners, 3600+ meetings, and a conference program built around panel discussions, podcasts, keynotes, case studies, startup and showroom presentations.

Speaking of innovations, Adria Security Summit will also streamline its important facet of serving as a business hub that brings together partners within and beyond the scope of industries it covers and helps them gain a foothold in the local and regional markets, propel their investments, build lasting business alliances and get to know the cutting-edge technologies.

Macedonian Days of Private Security in November

The Chamber of the Republic of North Macedonia for Private Security will organize Days of Private Security 2022 as an annual traditional campaign (organized for the 15th time) aiming at the promotion of the profession, and exchange of knowledge and practices.

The framework of the campaign Days of private security 2022 will include a security fair (21-22.11.2022) and a conference (23.11.2022).

The security fair will be organized for the second time as cooperation between private security and public security, and the local governance (the City of Skopje, Municipality of Karposh) and will bring together private security companies that offer security services for the general public and the community. The official opening of the exhibition will be on 21.11.2022 in Skopje City Mall.

The conference “The Role of Private Security in Critical Infrastructure Protection” will be held on 23 November 2022 in hotel Limak, Skopje.

Take a look at the draft of the agenda at this link.

How do you make your startup noticed in 24…hours? A tale of win-wins from Zagreb

How do you get a startup noticed among the myriad competitors that vie for attention across increasingly crowded markets?

A valid question…to which we respond with the second one: how about partnering with a venerable format such as a trade show event, but in a wholly new way, as expected of a startup?

Three companies from SE Europe – Robotiq, Zuluhood, and Glog have recently discovered that joining forces with a well-established trade event such as Adria Security Summit is a shortcut to getting oneself noticed, growing a partnership network, and getting a glimpse of competitors.

Yes, all under a single roof.

Adria Security Summit, the largest conference, and exhibition dedicated to security and converging industries in SE Europe, recently premiered the official award-laden presentation of the trailblazing startups as part of its latest event in Zagreb (October 5-6 2022).

As part of the program, the most successful startups were handed out three awards for their achievements in this business segment.

The first award went to Robotiq – an AI-first startup that wears its “No BS” badge with pride. It offers to free you from time-consuming and repetitive administrative tasks that are now handled by its software automation tech. By automating your business, you not only phase out the mind-numbing tasks that nobody wants to do in the 21st century, but also bring your costs down, and remove the burden from your precious human and IT resources, all with a promise of 6-12 months for a proper ROI.

Zuluhood, the second-ranked beneficiary of the best-presented startup award, earned its chops for understanding that an omnipresent app format is an ideal umbrella to put all of your home security systems under it. Now, smart home monitoring, family alerts, neighborly response, and professional assistance are literally all under your fingertips.

To round off this trio of tech whiz-kid companies we give you Glog – a startup in which the power of AI is harnessed as an every-watchful eye that remedies all security vulnerabilities in your source code, stamps out false flag positives, and acts as a triage tent between your products and the public that is being presented.

So, just as no startup promoted under the wing of the Summit is a flash in the pan, the same goes for our startup promotion program – the preparations for its second iteration are already underway for the eighth edition of the Adria Security Summit. Stay tuned and learn how we can multiply the value of a trade show format for startups that deserve your attention and our help to get a loud enough voice.
