Milestone Announces Changes in Executive Leadership

Milestone has announced that former CEO Thomas Jensen has stepped down from his role, while Jeppe Frandsen, long-time vice-chairman of the board, has assumed the position of acting CEO. At the same time, the board of directors has launched a search for a new permanent chief executive, with Frandsen not being considered for the role.

Frandsen brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience and over a decade of involvement with Milestone, which, according to the company, will help ensure continuity and a strong focus on strategic objectives. The board has also welcomed Seymour Liebman, Executive Vice President of Canon, further strengthening cooperation between the two companies.

During his five-year tenure, Thomas Jensen positioned Milestone as a leader in responsible technology, artificial intelligence, and the EU’s digital sovereignty agenda. The company thanked him for his contributions and wished him success in his future career.
