Securitas Croatia Appoints New CEO
Securitas Croatia, one of the leading companies in the security and protection sector, has appointed a new management team as of October. Saša Vasilić, a long-time member of the company with more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, has been named the new CEO, while the current CFO, Irena Križan, remains a member of the Management Board.
Vasilić began his career as a security officer and has advanced through a number of managerial positions over the years, including leading key projects and serving as Regional Director for Croatia. “We are entering an exciting new chapter, just ahead of the company’s 15th anniversary in the Croatian market,” Vasilić said, emphasizing that the focus of his mandate will be employee development, strengthening client relations, and further digital transformation.
Securitas highlights that Vasilić is “one of the key architects of the company’s success both nationally and internationally,” noting that he is also actively involved in the industry as a member of the Croatian Security Association and Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Critical Infrastructure Protection.
Securitas Croatia has been operating since 2011, employs more than 2,000 people across 12 offices nationwide, and is part of the global Securitas Group headquartered in Sweden. The company provides a wide range of security services – from physical and technical protection to integrated intelligent solutions for sectors such as aviation, energy, finance, industry, and public institutions.
