Uniview Provides Perimeter Security During the FIFA World Cup 2026

Uniview played a key role in deploying a perimeter protection system at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The project was designed to meet the demands of an exceptionally high number of spectators, with more than 200,000 visitors attending each match, requiring a video surveillance solution that could be deployed quickly, managed efficiently, and operate reliably throughout the tournament.

At the core of the system were ten Smart Management Boxes, integrating edge computing, networking, and device management into a single platform. The solution worked seamlessly with Uniview cameras, long-range PTZ cameras, IP speakers, and a centralized monitoring system, enabling security teams to maintain real-time situational awareness and respond more effectively to incidents.

According to the company, the Smart Management Box significantly simplifies the deployment and management of complex security systems across large-scale sites. In addition to stadiums, the solution is designed for applications such as university campuses, industrial facilities, and other critical infrastructure environments.
