Ajax Systems Protects Ukrainian Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia 2026

Ajax Systems supported the Ukrainian Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia 2026, where the artwork “The Origami Deer” by Ukrainian artist Zhanna Kadyrova is being presented as part of the “Security Guarantees” exhibition. The sculpture, evacuated from the frontline city of Pokrovsk in Ukraine, is showcased during the 61st International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia and symbolically reflects themes of resilience, war, and the preservation of cultural identity in times of conflict.

To protect the installation, Ajax Systems deployed a video surveillance and intrusion protection system providing continuous monitoring, perimeter protection, and instant alerts in the event of unauthorized access. The company stated that the project represents much more than the protection of an artwork, emphasizing that initiatives like this are intended to support cultural projects and help important stories from Ukraine reach audiences around the world.

This year’s edition of La Biennale di Venezia 2026 brings together artists, curators, and visitors from numerous countries, while the Ukrainian Pavilion has become one of the exhibition’s notable highlights due to the strong symbolism and context surrounding the presented work.
