ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in access solutions, will present its latest digital access and IoT-driven security innovations at Intersec Dubai 2026, taking place from January 12 to 14, 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Saeed Hall 2, Stand C43. As organizations of all sizes increasingly rely on connected digital access to improve operational efficiency, ASSA ABLOY continues to lead the way in shaping smarter, more secure environments through advanced digitalization.
By digitalizing access, organizations are able to streamline workloads, reduce operational costs, improve collaboration, connect people and spaces more flexibly, and maximize productivity. At Intersec 2026, ASSA ABLOY will showcase a broad portfolio of solutions designed to digitalize access in some of the fastest-growing sectors, including data centers and multi-residential buildings, across the Middle East and global markets, while delivering measurable return on investment.
Through numerous projects across multiple regions, ASSA ABLOY has developed extensive expertise in designing and deploying digital access and security solutions for data centers. These solutions cover the entire security chain, from perimeter gates and main entrances to high-security doors and access points, extending all the way to connected digital locks that enable real-time access management at individual server racks.
“With the acquisition of Kentix, a German designer and manufacturer of IoT monitoring and access control solutions, our physical protection portfolio has significantly expanded,” said Kostis Telelis, Senior Vice President and Head of the MEIA Region at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions. “We now offer a comprehensive, end-to-end solution portfolio for data centers, all available from a single supplier. By partnering with ASSA ABLOY, data center planners and operations teams can save time while maximizing security.”
At the core of this offering is the KentixONE digital access platform, specifically configured for data center security management. In addition to integrated digital access control, the platform provides monitoring and protection against more than 40 physical threats, including fire, power failures, intrusion, and environmental risks. Its flexibility and effectiveness have been demonstrated in a range of real-world deployments, including co-located data centers operated by Heidelberg iT Management GmbH & Co. KG and on-premise server security for a major utility provider.
ASSA ABLOY will also demonstrate Incedo™ Pro, its digital access management solution, alongside a wide selection of connected devices designed for seamless integration. These include the award-winning Aperio wireless locks and biometric readers from Control iD, suitable for organizations of all sizes and sectors. Visitors can also experience the value of Aperio wireless lock integration at the exhibition stands of Gallagher, Lenel, and Genetec.
Another key focus of ASSA ABLOY’s Intersec 2026 showcase will be its digital access solutions for multi-residential properties. The eCLIQ system replaces traditional mechanical keys with secure, programmable, battery-powered electronic keys, cylinders, and padlocks, offering enhanced flexibility and control for property managers, tenants, and service providers. Programmable access rights, electronic key revocation, and optional key revalidation improve both security and operational efficiency, while intuitive software—available locally, online, or via smartphone—ensures complete, real-time control over access permissions.
Modern eCLIQ devices integrate seamlessly with the DoorBird IP intercom system for building entrances and complement ASSA ABLOY’s range of premium door and architectural hardware, combining advanced technology with refined aesthetics suitable for contemporary residential environments.
“We are delighted to once again present our innovative digital access solutions at Intersec,” added Kostis Telelis. “The audience here—OEMs, system integrators, IT specialists, and security professionals from across the Middle East and beyond—has always shown strong interest in maximizing the value of digital access, particularly in terms of ROI, flexibility, and total cost of ownership. Intersec remains a key date in our annual calendar.”
