ICT Appoints Piotr Rek as Sales Director for Central and Eastern Europe

Integrated Control Technology has appointed Piotr Rek as Sales Director for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, strengthening its leadership team as part of ongoing international expansion. The appointment underlines ICT’s strategic focus on the CEE market, where demand for advanced access control, security, and building automation solutions continues to grow.

Piotr brings nearly 20 years of experience in electronic security, building automation, and public safety, with a strong track record across Central and Eastern Europe. He joins ICT after spending the past decade as Chief Operating Officer at CDVI Polska, where he led regional sales strategies and expanded distribution networks. Alongside his commercial roles, Piotr has also contributed to national safety initiatives, including Poland’s “Third Signal” project focused on early-warning systems for road and rail safety.

In his new role, Piotr will be responsible for driving ICT’s growth strategy and partner development across a wide CEE territory. His appointment is expected to further strengthen local market support and accelerate partner engagement throughout the region. “Piotr brings a powerful combination of regional expertise, strategic leadership, and deep knowledge of the access control ecosystem,” said Thomas Napora, Vice President and General Manager EMEA at ICT. “His appointment marks an important step in strengthening our presence across Central and Eastern Europe,” he added.

ICT expects the CEE region to remain one of the fastest-growing security markets in Europe in the coming years. With Piotr leading regional operations, the company aims to deepen partnerships and deliver long-term value through its open and interoperable security platforms.
