What to Expect at ISE 2026: New Horizons for AV and Integrated Systems

ISE 2026 will take place from 3 to 6 February in Barcelona under the motto “Push Beyond,” reflecting the organizers’ ambition to further raise industry standards in the AV and integrated systems sectors. Following the record-breaking 2025 edition, which attracted more than 85,000 visitors and set new benchmarks for global technology exhibitions, the upcoming show introduces a series of major innovations.

One of the most significant new features is the inaugural Cybersecurity Summit, scheduled for 5 February, which will gather experts responsible for securing digital and AV systems at a time when cyber threats are becoming an increasingly serious challenge for integrators and end users. Another new addition is the Listening Suites, specially designed rooms where visitors can experience high-end audio technology in controlled acoustic environments.

A major advancement for 2026 is the new Spark zone, located in Hall 8.1, created to connect creative industries such as gaming, design, production, entertainment and broadcast technologies. This 1,000-square-meter area will offer interactive and experimental content designed to encourage collaboration across multiple market segments. Education will also take centre stage, with ISE partnering with the EduTech sector to host the EdTech Congress 2026, focused on digital transformation in education and the role of artificial intelligence in teaching.

Organizers anticipate that ISE 2026 will surpass last year’s achievements — with more than 1,400 exhibitors, including over 180 new companies, and an expanded exhibition and conference program. For visitors from the Adriatic region, the event represents a unique opportunity to explore cutting-edge global solutions in AV technology, smart buildings, security, digital signage and related industries — all in one place.

Registration is already open, and due to the expected high attendance, early travel planning and accommodation booking are strongly recommended. With these developments, ISE 2026 is already positioning itself as one of the key international technology events of the coming year.

SICUREZZA 2025: Record Number of Exhibitors, a Comprehensive Professional Program, and a&s Adria on Site

SICUREZZA 2025 will take place from November 19 to 21 at Fiera Milano, with organizers announcing a significantly stronger international presence this year. The exhibition area has expanded by 18 percent, while the number of international exhibitors has increased by 28 percent, underscoring the growing importance of this event in the European security industry. This year’s edition will focus on digitalization and the integration of security systems, highlighting the latest solutions in video surveillance, access control, passive protection, and advanced smoke and fire detection technologies.

The program is structured around three thematic days: Cyber Day on November 19, dedicated to cybersecurity and European regulations; Security Day on November 20, covering topics related to transport, finance, and cultural heritage protection; and Job in Security Day on November 21, aimed at connecting schools, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders. All educational activities will take place within the Cyber & Security Arena, where visitors will be able to attend lectures, case studies, demonstrations, and panel discussions.

For the Adriatic region, it is particularly noteworthy that a&s Adria magazine will organize a special delegation to cover the event, meet with leading exhibitors, and report on the most relevant trends and technological advancements for the regional market. Registration for the fair is already open, and organizers recommend early planning and accommodation booking.

With a growing number of exhibitors, strong international participation, and a rich professional program, SICUREZZA 2025 has established itself as one of the key European security industry events of the year.

Advancis Austria Prepares for a Strong Autumn Season on Europe’s Security Stage

This autumn, Advancis Austria is preparing for one of its busiest exhibition seasons yet, with a series of appearances at major security events across Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe. More than just a showcase of products, the company’s program underlines the growing importance of its people and partnerships, within its own team and with trusted technology and regional allies.

SecuriForum Hungary

The first stop will be SecuriForum in Hungary, where Advancis once again joins forces with technology partner Commend. The collaboration between the two companies is long-standing, and the Budapest event will highlight how communication solutions and integration platforms complement one another. For visitors, it is not only a chance to see WinGuard and Commend solutions in action, but also to meet the specialists behind them, who are ready to discuss practical applications in real projects.

Adria Security Summit

The season’s centerpiece follows at the Adria Security Summit in Skopje. Here, Advancis Austria will step into the spotlight as a Diamond Sponsor for the first time, supported by its largest team to date at the Summit. The delegation includes Sergej Piculin, Nikolai Landa, and Slavoljub Stevanovic, who will represent the Austrian team on site. They will be joined by Oliver Lacey from the UK, contributing his expertise on AIM (Advanced Identity Manager). Advancis will not only host a busy stand but also deliver a keynote on “Living and Working in a Big Data World.” The topic resonates widely, as organizations across the region grapple with how to make sense of ever-growing volumes of data. Alongside the keynote, the team will host several side events and workshops devoted to WinGuard and AIM, offering visitors a chance to explore in detail how modular integration and identity management can create value in complex environments.

“Being present with a larger group is important,” notes Sergej Piculin, Sales & Business Development Manager in Southeastern Europe. “It allows us to reflect the diversity of expertise we have, and it gives visitors more opportunities to connect with the right people.” This perspective highlights Advancis Austria’s emphasis on partnerships at every level – within its team, with technology providers, and with clients across the region.

Romanian Security Summit

Next on the calendar is the inaugural Romanian Security Summit, where Advancis sees an opportunity to engage with a developing but dynamic market. For the Austrian team, the debut event is as much about listening as it is about presenting – understanding the needs of local integrators and end users will be key to building lasting partnerships.

Sicurezza Milan

Finally, Advancis Austria will round off the season at Sicurezza in Milan, one of Europe’s leading trade fairs. There, the Austrian team will meet international partners and clients, reinforcing ties that reach beyond national borders. The event serves as both a stage for technological innovation and a meeting point for long-term cooperation. Advancis will be joined again by its Italian system partner Microlab, presenting together how close collaboration can optimize security solutions and deliver lasting value for users. Altogether, these appearances mark a step forward for Advancis Austria. By fielding larger, more diverse teams and actively contributing to conference programs, the company shows that its strength lies not only in technology but also in the people who represent it. As these events unfold, the company demonstrates that its future in the region will be shaped just as much by human connections and strong collaborations as by technical innovation.
