Ruijie and Steer IT Modernize Network Infrastructure for UK Co-Working Provider Desg Ltd
Desg Ltd, a UK-based company specializing in premium co-working spaces built around design and well-being principles, has upgraded its network infrastructure with support from technology partner Steer IT. The new system, powered by Ruijie technology, was developed to ensure a stable, secure, and fully manageable network environment for clients who rely on Desg’s spaces for daily work, meetings, and collaboration.
As part of the upgrade, the Ruijie OCE Identity system was deployed to provide secure local authentication and precise network access control. For wireless coverage, 17 RG-AP820-L(V3) access points were installed, delivering high performance and uninterrupted Wi-Fi across all work areas. In addition, five Ruijie RG-NBS5200 series switches form the backbone of a reliable wired network and efficient device-to-device communication. The entire infrastructure is centrally managed through the Ruijie Cloud platform, enabling remote maintenance, monitoring, and rapid analytics.
Desg reports that the transition to Ruijie solutions has significantly simplified administration and reduced the number of network incidents. According to the company’s IT Manager, Ruijie has proven to be “a pleasant and reliable technological change” that fully met their expectations.
With this modernization, Desg now operates a network capable of supporting user growth and the increasing demands of digital business. The project further reinforces Ruijie’s position as a trusted choice for modern workspaces.
