The feature can also be used in everyday situations, such as voice announcements when the security system is armed or disarmed, helping to reduce mistakes that often lead to false alarms. In retail stores and similar facilities, scheduled audio messages—such as reminders about closing time—can also be used. For larger sites, different audio messages can be assigned to specific zones to help manage access and guide people more effectively.

To use audio scenarios, voice messages must first be recorded—for example, using a smartphone—and then uploaded to the application. Each audio file can be up to 15 seconds long, must be in WAV or MP3 format, and cannot exceed 6 MB in size.

Audio tracks are uploaded via the Ajax PRO Desktop application, with one hub supporting up to ten audio messages. During configuration, the message can be set to repeat from one to ten times, depending on the required level of audibility and attention. To access this feature, users need to update Ajax applications and the OS Malevich operating system to version 2.38 or later.
