MAXPRO® ACCESS – Next Generation Access Control
Honeywell has expanded the capabilities of its MAXPRO® Cloud portfolio with the launch of MPA1 and MPA2 access control panels that offer cloud, web-based or on-premise hosting options. MAXPRO Cloud is a cloud-based security solution designed for multi-site small-to-medium-sized businesses, that provides effective and efficient security and safety, while minimizing IT costs and future-proofing investments. MPA1 and MPA2 allow users to securely and easily deploy and manage their plug-and-play access control system anywhere there is an Ethernet/Internet connection.
MPA1 single door PoE powered controller is easy to install, operate and maintain, thanks to its unique edge installation design and its dedicated Device Utility App for fast and easy commissioning. It can either be built-in or mounted in a specially designed compact enclosure including Status LED diagnostics. MPA1 connects up to two secure OSDP readers, providing enhanced security.
MPA2 solution is a cloud, and standalone access control panel, for two door access control. It includes a two-door controller and a four-door licensed model. A user-friendly design (push-in connectors and RJ45 ‘Click ‘n Done’ approach) makes it simple to install, operate and maintain. It connects up to two secure OSDP readers per door, providing enhanced security.
MPA2 can also monitor additional fire exits, emergency exits, siren tampers or control your lights by using its wide range of available auxiliary inputs and outputs.

MPA1 and MPA2 provides the benefits of traditional access control, such as helping to secure doors, manage employee access, and remotely manage sites. Users can also easily pull reports to meet compliance requirements.
With a browser-based interface, the learning curve and training times are significantly decreased. The new processor makes the hardware significantly faster than NetAXS®, its predecessor. Simply login and you’re ready to go.
Users can securely manage MPA1 and MPA2 from anywhere in the world using an embedded web browser or MAXPRO® Cloud’s secure cloud infrastructure. Additionally, the WIN-PAK® integrated security suite provides on-premise solutions with more advanced features, available only for the MPA2 solution.
MPA1 and MPA2 were developed with an installer-friendly design that easily adapts to existing IT infrastructure and methods, reducing installation and support costs. MPA1 and MPA2 can grow as a system grows. The new look and feel of the hardware with color codes makes the installation fast, simple and intuitive, eliminating potential connection mistakes.
