Warsaw Security Expo 2026: The Countdown Is On

With less than a month to go, Warsaw Security Expo 2026 is fast approaching. The fourth edition of the International Trade Fair for Security and Protection Systems will take place on 1–3 December 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, near Warsaw. The event will bring together technology suppliers and professionals responsible for protecting people, buildings and infrastructure.

Security Technologies in One Place

The exhibition will cover video surveillance, image analysis and artificial intelligence, alarm systems, access control and biometrics. Visitors will also discover perimeter protection, integrated security systems, critical communications, drones and counter-drone technologies. The range of sectors will offer an opportunity to explore solutions for different security needs and discuss their applications directly with suppliers.

Conferences with a Practical Focus

The accompanying Security Industry Congress will connect the exhibition with expert knowledge. The announced conference on protective structures will address planning, design and implementation. Presentations will explore the responsibilities of civil protection authorities, good planning practices and examples of modern protective structures, bringing technical and organisational considerations into one discussion.

Crisis Management and Infrastructure Protection

The programme also includes nationwide workshops on crisis management and critical infrastructure security. Topics will include risk assessment, organisational resilience, business continuity and the integration of physical, technical and cyber protection. The workshops will provide a forum for security professionals, management teams and public administration representatives to exchange experience and explore practical approaches to preparedness.

New Approaches to Event Security

Another announced conference will examine mass-event security and access control technologies supported by artificial intelligence. Its scope includes CCTV, video analytics, drones, biometric identification and crowd management. Discussions will also address cooperation between organisers and emergency services, linking technological solutions with the procedures needed to protect participants and venues.

Business Conversations That Matter

Warsaw Security Expo will give visitors an opportunity to compare suppliers’ offerings, discover industry developments and establish business contacts. Combining exhibition visits with conferences and workshops will help participants connect information about products with the wider challenges facing security professionals.
