ND Plaque Confirms Partnership: Hikvision Visits Alarm Automatika in Rijeka

Alarm automatika hosted partners and colleagues from Hikvision Europe at its headquarters in Rijeka, as part of a visit aimed at further strengthening cooperation. The meeting focused on strategic alignment of business activities, as well as on adapting Hikvision’s product roadmap to the needs of the local market and end users. Special emphasis was placed on combining global technological solutions with regional expertise and specific market requirements.

During the meeting, the partners also reviewed the results achieved so far and outlined the next steps and directions for development in the region. Alarm automatika highlighted that growth in the Southeast European market is not only about expansion, but also about improving support, simplifying communication, and staying closely aligned with customer needs.

As part of the visit, Alarm automatika was awarded the ND plaque for 2026, confirming its status as an Authorized National Distributor of Hikvision for the Croatian market.

Both companies emphasized that such meetings contribute to the further development of their partnership, with a focus on long-term cooperation and joint growth in the regional security technology market.
